Position: Mass Spectrometry Service Specialist (San Francisco, CA)
Description: The individual in this position is responsible for a wide variety of service related support functions including, but not limited to, the repair, maintenance, after hours phone support and installation of Shimadzu products. Additionally, responsibilities include the training and support of regional staff and less experienced personnel as well as other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field is highly preferred. Incumbent must have at least three years of field exposure supporting Mass Spec instrumentation, or the equivalent experience.
